■業務概要
・海外の既存発電造水事業案件、現地関連子会社の運営・管理を中心とするアセットマネジメント業務（主に海外案件）
■業務内容
・既存発電造水事業案件のモニタリング、業績管理、取締役会対応
・各種契約書（融資契約、売水電契約、株主間協定書、業務委託契約書、等）の作成・レビュー
・住友商事グループ傘下の子会社（現地法人、中間投資会社）管理、税務対応

Required Skills
■必須要件

■歓迎要件
・アセットの運営管理または事業会社管理経験
・プロジェクトファイナンスに関する基礎知識・経験
・海外インフラプロジェクトに携わった経験、または、海外企業との取引経験
◎将来的に発電事業案件以外の業務に携わる可能性もあり
