■商業契約、調達、販売契約に関する法務対応を行い、効率的な法務サービス提供と現地プロセスの遵守を確保
■商業リスクの助言、紛争・訴訟管理、知的財産保護支援を担当
■コンプライアンス活動（データプライバシー、調査、研修等）をリード
■法務およびコンプライアンス研修の実施、デューデリジェンス支援、法務運営や戦略的調達をサポート
■クレーム・訴訟案件の管理補助、標準テンプレートやツールの活用による業務改善、日韓の外部弁護士との調整など
