【業務概要】
- 成形工程と金型メンテナンスの標準化を中心に、品質改善や手順書作成、現場指導まで担う技術ポジション
【業務詳細】
- 成形工程および金型メンテナンスに関する標準化の推進 （成形条件の最適化、金型メンテ手順
・周期の明確化、改善活動の実施）
- 作業手順書（WI）、コントロールプラン（CP）などの関連文書の作成および定期的な見直し
- 製造工程における品質・歩留まり改善活動の主導
- 成形不良や設備トラブル発生時の原因分析および再発防止策の立案
- 現場オペレーターへの技術指導、教育資料の作成およびトレーニングの実施
- 関連部署（生産管理、品質保証、設備保全など）との連携による工程改善・効率化活動の推進
