外資系証券会社が東京でSBL（証券貸借）事業を新規立ち上げ中。業務分析・プロジェクト管理を通じて、社内外と連携しながら事業推進を担うポジションです。

職務内容
- 業務要件を分析し、適切なソリューションを提案する
- プロジェクトの計画、進捗管理、および成果物の品質管理を行う
- ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じて要件を明確化する
- 産業・製造業界に関連するプロジェクトの進行をサポートする
- 銀行および金融サービス部門の業務改善を推進する
- リスク管理と問題解決のサポートを行う
- チームメンバーとの協力を通じてプロジェクトの成功を確保する
- 必要に応じてシステムのテストおよび導入を支援する

- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）・英語（ビジネスレベル）
