Job Description

・工場の製造管理の日本人幹部候補としてご活躍頂ける方を募集しております。
精密プレス加工・コイリング
・フォーミング加工を専門とし、金型の設計、加工、組立まで社内で一貫して提供。
将来的に工場長としてタイ人現地スタッフのマネジメントををお任せします。
【業務内容】
・製造現場での工程管理含むマネジメント
※製造部内で金型作成部門、メンテナンス部門など分かれており 全体の進捗確認をご対応いただきます
・金型製作、成型技術の基礎学習及び現場への教育
・関連会社との連絡 *ローカルスタッフとの通訳

・運転免許
※自走可能な方については、会社貸与の社用車あり

・日系クライアントがメインのため業務は日本語で行います
・日本語、タイ語通訳あり
