【職務概要】
・GMもしくはDirectorとしての業務全般
※ご入社後まずはプレイングマネージャーとして勤務いただき、 ゆくゆくはMD業務もお任せしていきます
【職務詳細】
・新規開拓営業（日系企業の開拓をご担当いただきます）
・既存顧客対応
・会社運営（資金繰りなど）及び従業員のマネジメント
・本社への経営状況報告（会計システム：Express）
・業務オペレーションの管理
・問題対応（派遣ワーカーの離職や物損）
・新規事業の調査/立上げ（その方の得意分野での事業立ち上げも可能）
【言語】
英語：準ビジネス もしくは タイ語：日常会話（社内外で使用。メールは英語）
【キャリアパス】
GMもしくはDirector→最終的にはMD
