A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred. (nice to have)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail.
• Business level English and fluent Japanese.
