主な職務内容

  • 日本の主要な製薬メーカーに対する新規開拓とアカウントマネジメントを行います。
  • 経営層や意思決定者へのセキュリティソリューション提案と交渉を担当します。
  • エンドユーザーへのアプローチとパートナー企業への営業支援を行います。
  • 社内チームと連携し、担当市場でのビジネス機会を創出します。
  • 顧客に最適なプロダクトポートフォリオを提供します。

In this high-impact role, you will partner with executives at leading pharmaceutical manufacturers to address business challenges through cutting-edge cyber security solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts with major Japanese pharmaceutical companies.

  • Propose and negotiate cybersecurity solutions with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Support partner companies with sales initiatives and strengthen market presence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capture opportunities within the assigned market.

  • Provide clients with the optimal product portfolio to meet their business and security needs.

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience with large enterprise clients.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience targeting pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and self-management skills.
Ability to build and develop relationships with executive-level clients.
Logical thinking and the ability to design effective account strategies.

Language Requirements
  • Japanese: Native level (required for client-facing interactions).

  • English: Business-level proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to engage with executives (CxOs) and influence decision-making.

  • Track record of successful account development in enterprise environments.
