• 金融庁をはじめとする規制当局との窓口業務（ライセンス申請、新商品審査、検査・各種照会対応）
• 日本およびリージョン本部の経営陣に対する助言（規制・コンプライアンス関連）
• 顧客オンボーディング、AML（マネーロンダリング防止）チェック、記録管理などの業務を統括
• リスクベースのアプローチによるコンプライアンスレビューおよび内部監査の設計・実施
• グローバル拠点との連携を通じた報告対応、社内規程の改定、規制変化への対応
• 社内コンプライアンス研修の企画・実施、規程改訂、および臨時的な規制対応のサポートなど
  
  

Join a leading Asian financial services provider as the Japan Compliance Lead for its newly established securities branch. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping the compliance framework, managing regulatory engagement, and ensuring adherence to Japan's Type I Financial Instruments regulations. You will play a pivotal part in launching the Japan office, building strong policies, and supporting both retail and institutional growth in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

• Liaise with local regulators on license applications, inspections, new products, and compliance inquiries.
• Advise local and regional management on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Oversee client onboarding, AML checks, and compliance recordkeeping.
• Develop and implement risk-based compliance review programs and internal audits.
• Coordinate with global offices on policy updates, reporting, and regulatory changes.
• Lead compliance training programs, update policies, and manage ad hoc regulatory tasks.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 第一種金融商品取引業における関連経験5年以上
• 証券・市場関連のコンプライアンスおよび規制対応経験
• 外資系金融機関、または国際的に展開している日系金融機関での勤務経験

ソフトスキル：

• セルフスターター型（立ち上げフェーズの未整備環境で自発的に動けること）
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（国内外のステークホルダーと連携できること）

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：流暢

• ライセンス申請の経験（但し必須ではありません）
• 海外経験があれば尚可

• 5+ years in Type I Financial Instruments licensed businesses.
• Strong background in compliance and regulatory matters, ideally across markets and securities products.
• Proven success in international financial firms, with overseas experience preferred.

• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up style environment. Strong communication skills for engaging with local and global stakeholders.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for regulator and client engagement).
• English: Fluent (required for collaboration with global offices).

• Experience managing licensing applications is advantageous.
• Strategic mindset with ability to build scalable compliance frameworks.
