POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves supporting senior team members, who are divided into six key industry sectors, in the origination of transactions within the Corporate Advisory Department in North America, primarily focused on Japan–U.S. M&A alliances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Origination of Japan-US M&A and fundraising transactions

• Preparation of marketing materials, including business and financial analysis

• Research and analysis of market trends, comparable transactions, and synergy case studies

• Building client relationships through calls, meetings, and visits (accompanied by senior team members)

• Conducting ad hoc research and preparing reports as directed by senior team members

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred

• Experience in financial analysis within corporate finance or investment banking

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent education/training

• Holders of U.S. securities licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) are welcome

• Proficiency in Japanese communication (both verbal and written) is preferred

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and take ownership of responsibilities

• Flexible and collaborative in working with teams and clients

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines

SALARY　USD 90,000-130,000
