地元で高い人気を誇るベーカリーにて、経験豊富なベーカーを募集しています。3店舗および卸売向けのパン・ペストリー製造を担当し、品質と安全基準を維持する役割です。季節に応じた新商品の開発にも関わり、清潔で整理された作業環境の維持も求められます。
職務内容
パン生地の準備、発酵、成形、焼成
蒸しパン（肉まん・あんまん）や焼き菓子の製造
季節の食材を活かしたレシピ開発
作業場・機器の衛生管理
在庫管理、納品物の検品・整理
チームメンバーや配送スタッフとの連携
店長との業務改善・チーム育成支援
応募資格
ベーカーとしての実務経験5年以上
原材料からの製造経験（全工程対応可能）
英語でのコミュニケーション能力（日本語・スペイン語ができれば尚可）
学歴不問
米国での就労資格必須
勤務地 カリフォルニア州ファウンテンバレー
勤務条件
フルタイム／シフト制（8〜10時間／日）
夜勤あり（午後10時〜翌午前8時）
週1〜2日休み
給与 時給：$23（2週間ごとの支給）
