Job Description
マレーシア・ペナン州のバトゥ・カワン工業団地に位置する日系半導体製造装置メーカー。半導体製造装置の製造を担うグループ最大規模の工場で、製造技術部長を探しています。
職務内容：
システム制御設計、生産サポート、システム制御設計と生産サポートからなる7名のセクションマネージャーを管理。以下40～50名のスタッフを率います。
レポーティングはマネージングディレクター（マレーシア）および本社経営陣（日本）です。
品質・規格関連
・会社の品質方針およびISO 9001規格の策定、サポート、実施
・図面／設計関連文書／ISO関連文書の承認
設計・製品開発
・設計製品が競争力のある価格で提供されることを保証
・市場動向を把握し、新製品の研究開発に参加
・設計者が顧客仕様に準拠していることを確認
・設計ソフトウェア、ツール、機器に関する計画の承認
プロジェクト管理
・プロジェクトがスケジュール通りに完了し、顧客仕様に準拠していることを確認
・プロジェクトの各段階における支出を把握し、記録を保持
・会社の定期収益を把握
・購入依頼の承認
チーム運営・人材育成
・業務要件についてスタッフと定期的に会議を開催
・社員の研修と評価を担当
・チームからの提案や改善を検討・承認
・工学系ディプロマ/学士号
・製造分野で5年以上のリーダー経験を有する方
・日本語能力
・精密機械、オートメーション、または装置業界での経験
