About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our Cryogenic Systems team. The role involves hands-on servicing, maintenance, and technical support for advanced cryocooler systems. This is a customer-facing position requiring strong technical acumen and effective communication skills.

Products Handled:

• FA-70 Indoor/Outdoor Air-Cooled Compressor Series
• CH-160D3 Cryocooler Series
• RDE-412D4 & RDE-418D4 4K Cryocooler Series

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service cryogenic outdoor units.
• Troubleshoot issues related to compressors, piping, and cooling systems.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site customer support and coordinate with internal teams for technical resolutions.
• Prepare service reports and documentation in English.
• Assist senior engineers in localization and technical improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in equipment servicing or maintenance (preferably in high-pressure gas or cooling systems).
• Basic understanding of compressors and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on experience in routine checks and repairs.
• Proficiency in English for reporting and coordination.
• Honest, diligent, and team-oriented personality.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Skills in welding and brazing.
• Experience in cryogenic or precision cooling equipment maintenance.
• Exposure to Japanese manufacturing environments.
