Job description
Plan and oversee all project activities Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
Ensure that both office-based planning and field execution are aligned and progressing according to schedule. Anticipate potential risks and prepare mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors Facilitate clear communication between engineering, procurement, construction, and safety teams.
Ensure that contractors understand and follow the technical specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Track purchase orders and delivery timelines to ensure materials arrive on time and meet project specifications.
Verify that all goods and equipment comply with Hal-approved privileges and local import/export regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to prevent delays and ensure proper documentation. Control construction and installation processes Supervise on-site activities to ensure construction and installation are carried out safely and within the approved scope.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control procedures. Review progress reports, inspect completed work, and approve milestones before moving to the next phase.
