      Our client is a Refinery business. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as follows;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Process/ Control Engineering and Engineering License or related field.
• Minimum 5 in Project Engineer and/or Maintenance in oil industry or petrochemical industry is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Engineering License certificate.

• Good command in English TOEIC 550 up

Job description

• Plan and oversee all project activities Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines timelines, milestones, resources, and budget. 

• Ensure that both office-based planning and field execution are aligned and progressing according to schedule. Anticipate potential risks and prepare mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns. 

• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors Facilitate clear communication between engineering, procurement, construction, and safety teams. 

• Ensure that contractors understand and follow the technical specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements. 

• Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly. 

• Monitor procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Track purchase orders and delivery timelines to ensure materials arrive on time and meet project specifications. 

• Verify that all goods and equipment comply with Hal-approved privileges and local import/export regulations. 

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to prevent delays and ensure proper documentation. Control construction and installation processes Supervise on-site activities to ensure construction and installation are carried out safely and within the approved scope. 

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control procedures. Review progress reports, inspect completed work, and approve milestones before moving to the next phase.
