The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for electronic components. This role ensures high efficiency, quality, and compliance with global standards, while supporting continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve cycle time.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing and validating manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, R&D) to resolve process-related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• Monitor and report process KPIs; drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide training and technical support to production teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience with CAD software and MES/ERP systems is a plus.

• Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, or semiconductor processes.
