Job Description

ベトナム赴任 BPOセンター・マネージャー(海外勤務)／旅費・住宅など各種手当充実
■職務内容■
企業より受託する事務業務のプロジェクト管理・運営をお願いします。日本で受託した案件をベトナムで履行するため、日本の事務センターと連携して業務を進めていただきます。
※日本での研修後(目安：半年)、ベトナム(ハノイ)での勤務となります
《具体的な業務内容》
・BPO（事務）センターの運営、メンバーの管理、評価
・社員、アルバイトの採用および新人研修、入退社管理
・実績数値集計と報告
・工程管理、売り上げ計画の策定と実績報告など

・給与計算業務/自動車部品メーカー
・年末調整業務/製造関連企業
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
≪必須要件≫
・４年制大学卒業以上
・社会人経験３年以上
・PC基本操作(Excel、Word)
≪歓迎要件≫
・インフラ(ネットワーク)知識
※接続エラーなどがあった際に日本のシステム担当と確認を取りながら対応します
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪給与≫ 240,000～270,000円/月 相当※経験・スキル考慮し決定します
≪昇給・賞与≫ 昇給制度あり、テト賞与年１回(１カ月分)※業績に応じて支給
≪勤務地≫ ハノイ市内
≪勤務時間≫ 7:45-16:45 ※日本研修中は9:00‐18:00
≪休暇≫ 土日祝日休み※月2回の土曜出勤あり
【その他】
・試用期間２カ月
・選考２‐3回を予定
