手術室で使用される消耗品を中心に、製品戦略の立案から開発、上市、プロモーションまでを一貫して担当いただきます。国内外の関連部署と連携しながら、医療現場や病院経営に貢献できるポジションです。

Description
- 担当製品群の中長期的な戦略立案・実行（経営層へのプレゼン含む）
- 市場・競合・顧客分析に基づく製品開発・改良の推進
- 売上・競合動向データの分析と戦略への活用
- 販促企画立案・営業部との連携によるプロモーション実施
- 海外サプライヤーとの調整・生産管理

- 主体的にアイディアを出し、国内外を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進できる方
