- 商業部門（営業・マーケティング）とのビジネスパートナーシップ
- 年次予算、月次・四半期予測、長期戦略計画の策定
- S&OPプロセスのリード（需要予測・販売計画）
- 新製品ローンチ計画・ビジネスケース作成
- 売上・広告宣伝費の進捗管理と分析、改善提案
- 財務モデル構築、収益性分析、投資評価
- グローバル・リージョナルチームとの連携
