Job Description
ザ・ペニンシュラ東京では、スパディレクター を募集しています。
業務内容
- スパ全体の財務および運営の戦略を計画し、マーケティング目標、運営基準、予算編成、広報などを行う。
- 執行役員のマネージングディレクター及びホテルマネージャーへ定期的にレポートする。
- 鋭いビジネス感覚と分析能力を用いて売り上げ、予算、人件費、経費などを把握・管理し、予算を達成する。
- スパスタッフ一人一人のスキルや経験、成長をサポートし、組織全体のパフォーマンス向上と常に高い品質を維持する。
- 各トレーニングの実施、スタッフのコーチング、外部トレーナーとのすり合わせやスケジュール管理を行う。
