• フルフィルメントセンターのボリュームプランニング（週次ベース）
• ボリューム差異の分析、対策の導入など、需要予測の精度向上に努めること
• インバウンドフローの最適化、在庫計画の立案
• 在庫量・到着形態の最適化など、フルフィルメントセンター業務の効率化
• 北米、欧州、英国のグローバルサプライチェーンチームや技術チームと連携し、ベストプラクティスや新ツールの導入を推進すること

A multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and AI is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will optimize S&OP processes to balance business growth and costs, while collaborating globally to implement best practices. This is an opportunity to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and shape efficient supply chain operations on a global scale.

• Operate volume planning for fulfillment centers on a weekly cadence.
• Provide insights into volume variances, implement countermeasures, and drive continuous forecasting improvements.
• Optimize inbound flow to create inventory plans that maximize growth under capacity constraints.
• Realize optimal inventory volumes and arrival forms to streamline fulfillment center operations.
• Collaborate with global supply chain and tech teams across North America, Europe, and the UK to establish best practices and build end-to-end processes.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• サプライチェーン、需要予測、製造、調達/購買、またはベンダーマネジメントの経験3年以上
• データや指標を活用したプロセス改善の経験、実績
• 様々な部署が関わるプロジェクトのステークホルダーマネジメント経験
• Excel（ピボットテーブル、VLookUp） 、SQL

• 仮説を立てて結論を導く、論理的思考能力
• データドリブンな意思決定ができること
• 問題解決力、戦略的思考能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 経営陣への報告経験
• 自動化や標準化を含むプロセス構築経験

• Minimum 3+ years in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in project environments.
• Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Business-level English and Japanese.

• Data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Experience delivering end-to-end supply chain projects and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing standardized or automated processes.
• 3+ years of using data visualization and reporting tools.
• Master's degree preferred.
