Full stac Engineer @ Logistics, SaaS, DX company

What You'll Do

• Design and develop new features of our in-house product

• Collaborate with product managers and industry experts in logistics and supply chain

• Improve and maintain existing systems to support operational excellence

• Participate in the migration from a monolithic system (Ruby on Rails) to a service-oriented architecture (Go)

• Build clean, efficient APIs and contribute to our evolving architecture

• Own significant parts of the product and help drive technical decisions

Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Go, React (via GraphQL)

• Infrastructure: AWS

• Version Control: GitHub

• CI/CD: CircleCI

• Project Management: JIRA, Notion

Remote Work: Up to 4 days per week

Required

• 1+ years of experience in back-end application development

• Proficiency in developing with a modern JavaScript web framework (React, Vue, etc.)

• Experience building and designing APIs

• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical

• Valid work authorization or related degree for visa sponsorship

• Business-level English

• 2+ years of experience developing and operating web services

Preferred

• Communication skills in Japanese

• Agile development experience

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Passion for B2B product development

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Intellectual curiosity and a drive to solve real-world problems
