Position: Customer Service (Sales & Educator)
Location: Manchester, office based

Salary: ￡25-34K（depends on experience)
Responsibilities
• Customer support via phone and email
• Sales and demonstrations at exhibitions and sewing workshops
• Provide hands-on guidance and instruction on sewing machines
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience with sewing machines
• Ability to teach and explain sewing machine usage clearly
• Sales experience
• Graduates from fashion or dressmaking schools (welcome)
• Experience as a sewing machine mechanic (welcome)
• Deep sewing machine knowledge through personal hobby (welcome)
