日系高級食材販売スタートアップ会社にて輸入アドミン兼カスタマーサポートを募集しています。

 

【Position】

輸入アドミン・カスタマーサポート

 

【給与】

£30Ｋ－ 

 

【ロケーション】

西ロンドン 週5日オフィス勤務

 

【仕事内容】

＜必須業務＞

・顧客からの電話、問い合わせ対応

・セールスオーダーの入力、編集

・請求書発行

・発注から納品までの輸入プロセスの調整、管理

・税関、食品安全基準、その他の政府規制を含むすべての輸入規制遵守、リサーチ

・船荷証券、原産地証明書などの輸入書類の作成と処理。
・クライアントリストの管理

・SOA発行、発送

・事務所内備品の管理、補充

・同僚休暇時の業務フォロー

 

【応募要件】

・ビジネスレベル以上の英語、日本語 
・オフィスマネジメント経験者優遇
