Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate product defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and maintenance to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
- Hands-on experience with measurement and inspection processes.
- Background in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
