Position – Assistant Manager – Quality

  Job description:
  Lead and guide a team of technicians in departments 
  Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and troubleshooting guides
  Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and standards for injection Moulding processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and relevant industry standards
  Conduct regular audits and inspection to identify area for improvements
  Collaborate with CFT to drive KAIZEN activities 
  Identify and analyze product and process defects, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues
  Ensure product meet customer specification and regulatory requirements
  Improve work methods, maintain 5S and discipline in shop floor
  Work with design, manufacturing, and production teams to optimize part designs and address challenges. Interact with customers and other stakeholders regarding quality matters
  Provide OJT, guidance, and support to ensure team efficiency and growth
  Evaluate team efficiency and identify training needs 
  Perform other task assigned by superiors
  Basic requirements:
  Diploma/Degree in engineering or quality management or related field
  At least 6-8 years of experience in automotive part quality management 
  Familiar with design software is added advantage
  Strong understanding of QMS, quality control and regulatory requirements 
  Familiar with APQP, FMEA, Control plan , SPC and change management
  Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills 
  Able to perform Cross functional team member
  Gujarati/Hindi and English language proficiency 
  Knowledge in ISO 9001,14001, IATF & MS Office
