Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain electrical substations (110 KV & 11 KV), DG Sets, Solar Systems, compressors, boilers, AC units, blowers, pumps, and furnaces.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO audit requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues in utility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Implement and monitor energy conservation and cost-saving measures across the plant.
- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in energy management and electrical utility operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance (including maintenance of licenses and permits).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for utility support in manufacturing operations.
