インド市場にも早期から進出し、現在では複数の委託工場を通じて製造体制を確立しています。
近年の規制強化に伴い、品質管理体制のさらなる強化が求められており、日本基準の品質管理体制を現地に浸透させる重要なポジションとなります。
【業務内容】
・インド拠点における品質管理体制の構築・運営
・現地委託工場に対する品質監査および改善指導
・BIS（インド規格）認証取得に向けた社内外との連携
・日本本社との品質基準のすり合わせおよび展開
・製品カテゴリーごとの品質課題の抽出と対策立案
・現地スタッフへの教育
【応募要件】
・製造業における品質管理の実務経験
・モノづくりに関する技術的なバックグラウンド
・英語での業務遂行が可能な方
