JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
売掛金管理（督促業務、支払状況のモニタリング、未収金の解消など）
売掛金・買掛金・総勘定元帳の会計業務への積極的な関与
HGB（ドイツ商法）に準拠した月次・四半期・年次決算の作成支援
税務申告の補助および外部税理士との連携
会計プロセスおよびシステムの維持・改善
経営陣向けの財務レポートや分析資料の作成
社内各部門および外部パートナーとの窓口業務
JOB REQUIREMENTS
財務会計の実務経験が3年以上ある方（特に売掛金管理の経験がある方歓迎）
HGBに関する深い知識を有する方。ドイツの付加価値税法（UStG）に関する知識があれば尚可
DATEV、SAP、Business Centralなどの会計ソフトの使用経験
数字に強く分析力があり、構造的な業務遂行ができる方
主体性と信頼性があり、実行力のある方
柔軟性と守秘義務を持ち、チームワークを重視できる方
