職務内容
金融機関の現場にて、ビジネス部門とIT部門の橋渡し役として活躍
業務要件・システム要件の収集・文書化
業務プロセスの分析と改善提案
機能仕様書の作成、システム導入支援
ステークホルダーとの会議・ワークショップのファシリテーション
テスト・トレーニング・チェンジマネジメント支援
プロジェクトの成果物が期待通りであることの確認
応募資格
金融業界でのビジネスアナリスト経験（歓迎）
金融商品や業務、規制に関する知識
高いコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
自律的かつチームでの協働ができる方
日本語スキル必須
システム導入やDXプロジェクト経験（歓迎）
勤務地 ニューヨーク州マンハッタン又はニュージャージーオフィス（週2～4日出社）
勤務時間 9:00～18:00（月～金）
給与 USD80,000-150,000
