Company Overview

Our client is a leading Japanese electronic components manufacturer with a strong presence across Asia. They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing department in driving new business opportunities, strengthen relationship and new and existing customer and coordinate with our production and regional offices to deliver quality solutions and excellent customer service 

Job Description:-

• Identify potential customers and explore new markets through strategic marketing and information-gathering activities.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring support in terms of pricing, delivery schedules, and quality issues.

• Collaborate with Malaysia production sites, overseas factories, and regional sales offices to align on delivery timelines, quality requirements, and customer needs.

• Occasional travel to countries such as Singapore, Thailand, China, and Japan for business expansion activities.

• Prepare sales plans, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements: - 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred.

• Experience in the electronics industry or Japanese manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

• Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Chinese and/or Malay is an advantage for internal and external communication.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Valid driving license and ability to travel for customer visits.
