JOB RESPONBILTIES

• Gather, structure, and verify data from diverse sources to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Execute thorough primary and secondary research across a wide range of industries.

• Apply robust qualitative and quantitative analysis, supported by logical assumptions and effective modelling techniques.
• Develop clear, concise research reports and business plans, integrating data visualisations and strategic insights.
• Convert research outcomes into practical, client-oriented recommendations.
• Manage research projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships through clear communication and continuous value delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in research or consulting; IPO or capital market exposure is a strong advantage.

• Strong skills in market estimation and financial modelling are highly desirable.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear, insightful, and well-structured reports in English.
• Skilled in sourcing and validating data from reputable and credible sources.
• Adept at addressing and resolving complex analytical problems.
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Flexible and commercially astute, with the ability to adapt to various industries and market environments.
• Effective at juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
