【職務内容】
• 顧客のマネージャー／ディレクターと緊密に連携し、新規ビジネス獲得の最前線に立つことで、NPIチームの早期のエンゲージメントを確保する。
• 顧客エンゲージメント、APQP、FAI、適格性評価、見積もりと実績のギャップ分析に関して、体系的なNPIアプローチを構築する。
• リーダーは、潜在能力の評価、計画の推進、そして従業員が潜在能力を最大限に発揮するために必要な能力開発とコーチングを受けられるよう注力する。
【応募要件】
• ビジネス、セールス／マーケティング、またはテクニカル／エンジニアリングの学士号
• 関連分野での3年以上の経験
