【職務内容】
●プロセスの確立、維持、および管理
●歩留まりと品質指標の積極的かつ継続的な改善を推進する
●業務における品質意識の構築と定着
●QA検査員/技術者を監督する
●四半期ごとの運用レビューの作成
【応募要件】
● 日本語スキル（JLPT N1、N2レベル）
● 工学系の学位を有し、2～3年の関連業務経験を有する方
【尚可条件】
● SPC、FMEA、TS16949、Lean Sigma、QS9100の知識
● ボックスビルド製品、新製品移管、または自動化の取り扱い経験
● 口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力、対人関係能力、紛争解決能力に優れている方
