【職務内容】
製造準備
● 担当製造プロセスにおける標準手順およびツールの開発と導入推進
● 新規機械のセットアップとプロセスのセットアップを主導する
● 製造プロセス機器のキャリブレーションおよび予防保守プログラムの定義を主導する
● 担当製造プロセスFMEAおよびコントロールプランの開発、実行、および保守を主導する
● 担当プロセスのステーション歩留まりを監視および改善する
● PPQPプロセスにおいて、ルート、プロセス関連ABI、およびツール設計の定義に関して製品エンジニアリングをサポートする
製造オペレーション
● 進行中の生産活動をサポートし、製造担当者に日常的な技術サポートと専門知識を提供する
● 担当プロセスおよび機器に関する技術的な質問に回答し、説明を行う
● 必要に応じて機器のハードウェアおよびソフトウェアのアップグレードを主導し、品質、サポート、およびパフォーマンスのギャップに関する問題について機器およびBOM外の材料ベンダーを管理する
● SOPおよび作業指示書の作成
● プロセス関連の顧客からの問い合わせやエスカレーションにおいて、製品チームと品質チームをサポートする

● 関連分野の技術または理学の学位／修士号
【尚可条件】
● 半導体組立プロセスに関する知識
● メカトロニクス／機械／複合機械組立の経験
