POSITION:            SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER

Job Purpose

The Senior Operation Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the organization. This role drives the company's growth, profitability, and operational excellence by overseeing all key functions to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, setting clear goals and targets to drive market growth and long-term sustainability.

• Operational Oversight: Provide high-level guidance and support to the Operations Manager, ensuring all daily operation and service planning, are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and standards.

• Financial & Budget Management: Oversee the company's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), and approve budgets for all departments, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.

• Engineering & Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of engineering principles is required. This includes the ability to manage and implement new engineering projects, oversee technical systems (such as tolling and traffic control systems), and ensure all operations adhere to high technical and safety standards.

• Stakeholder & Inter-departmental Relations: Act as the primary liaison between senior management, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold the company's commitment to quality and safety standards, working closely with the Operations and Quality departments to ensure all services and processes comply with regulatory and internal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role, preferably within a large-scale project or public utility system.

• Proven track record of managing full P&L and successfully driving business growth.

• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Possesses excellent skills in planning, management, and communication.

• Capable of working effectively under pressure and adept at creative problem-solving.
