Job Description
Hiring positions: Sales Engineer
JD:
Regularly visit assigned distributors to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Provide technical consultation and product training to distributor teams.
Assist in troubleshooting product issues and coordinating with internal technical teams.
Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback or support to improve outcomes.
Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Prepare visit reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Support marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns at distributor sites.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Support, or Distributor Management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
Good command of English.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
Preference will be given to candidates whose hometown is in Chonburi or Rayong.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Support, or Distributor Management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
