Job Description
Hiring positions: Sales Engineer (X2)
Salary: Negotiable
Reason for recruiting: Replacement
JD:
- Regularly visit assigned distributors to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide technical consultation and product training to distributor teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues and coordinating with internal technical teams.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback or support to improve outcomes.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- Prepare visit reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns at distributor sites.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Support, or Distributor Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
- Good command of English.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Preference will be given to candidates whose hometown is in Chonburi or Rayong.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Support, or Distributor Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
- Good command of English.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
