職務内容
将来の工場長候補として、下記業務を担っていただきます。
■タイ人工場長の補佐として、工場運営全般をサポート
■タイ人スタッフが苦手とする深堀り部分をフォローし、業務の精度を高める
■プリベンティブメンテナンス（予防保全）の考え方に基づき、設備の点検・改善策を実施
■VE（Value Engineering）／VA（Value Analysis）の提案によるコスト削減・品質向上
■工場の安全・品質・生産性向上に向けた改善活動の推進
応募要件
必須条件
■工場管理経験をお持ちの方
■英語もしくはタイ語を日常会話上級レベル以上でお話しになる方

■タイでのご経験をお持ちの方
