日本を拠点とする大手グループ企業の傘下にあるタイのホテル運営会社です。首都バンコクで複数のホテルを展開しており、日本の質の高いおもてなしと快適さを提供しています。
職務内容
■日本人担当部門業務
・日本人ゲスト対応業務全般
・部門間の橋渡し業務（他部門での業務有※他部門との連携を保つ鍵となる部門のため）
■ホテルフロント業務
・チェックイン業務（ルームアサイン、ルームキー発行）、チェックアウト業務（精算など）
・館内のご案内、ゲストの荷物管理、予約登録業務など
※メインは日本人のお客様対応ですが、日本人に限らず対応していただきます
応募要件
【必要条件】
■ホテルもしくはその他サービス業界での接客経験
■積極的に業務に取り組み、マルチタスクをこなせる方
■英語日常会話上級レベル以上 ※タイ語もできれば尚良し
