Process Quality Engineer

Location: Eastern Seaboard Rayong

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure production processes comply with ISO and IATF 16949 standards
• Apply quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D Reports
• Analyze and resolve production issues including defects, scrap, and rework
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Conduct process audits and monitor key metrics such as yield, defect rate, and OEE
• Provide quality training to production teams and collaborate with engineering and suppliers
• Create and maintain essential quality documentation including Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, and PFMEA

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for production lines, quality systems, and customer or supplier quality management.
• Experience or knowledge in statistics 8D completion, Issue and close NCMR ,TCP(R) ,CPM ,Supplier PPM , Supplier Incident , Prevention activity & results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external customer.
• Proven team-building and motivational skills.
• Effective presentation skills, with the ability to respond to questions from management or customers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Minitab, and PowerPoint.
• Experience or knowledge in statistics.
