Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Eastern Seaboard Rayong

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve supplier quality issues; track nonconforming material requests (NCMR)
• Maintain stable supplier quality and ensure compliance with PPAP, EPC, and SC requirements
• Conduct incoming inspections, component traceability, and contamination evaluations
• Lead quality meetings with suppliers and issue chargebacks for nonconforming parts
• Evaluate supplier performance using PPM metrics and inspection results
• Support APQP activities and participate in SEG, SCR, and QIP meetings
• Plan and execute internal and external audits, including TS16949 system audits
• Supervise incoming inspectors and oversee general inspection processes
• Implement continuous improvement programs and corrective actions for noncompliance
• Manage QMS documentation and support customer reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.

   

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for production lines, quality systems, and customer or supplier quality management.
• Experience or knowledge in statistics 8D completion, Issue and close NCMR ,TCP(R) ,CPM ,Supplier PPM , Supplier Incident , Prevention activity & results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external customer.
• Proven team-building and motivational skills.
• Effective presentation skills, with the ability to respond to questions from management or customers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Minitab, and PowerPoint.
• Experience or knowledge in statistics.
