유선 및 온라인 고객문의 상담(인바운드, 문자, 채널톡, 게시판 등)
주문출고, 취소, 교환, 반품, 환불 응대
관련부서와의 원활한 소통 및 VOC모니터링
Requirements:
신입 및 유관 경력자 (경력의 경우 CS툴 사용 가능자)
