カスタマーサービス（輸出入フォワーディング業務）のスペシャリストを募集しております。
業務内容
お客様からの電話・メール・チャットによる各種問い合わせ対応
輸送状況のトラッキングと進捗報告
B/L（船荷証券）やインボイス、パッキングリスト等の書類作成・管理
海外代理店や通関業者との調整・折衝
納期遅延やクレーム発生時の原因調査および再発防止策の提案
物流システムへのデータ入力および月次集計

フォワーディング業界でのカスタマーサービスまたは営業事務経験 1年以上
ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル
日常会話レベル以上の英語力（メール・電話・Web meeting対応が可能な方）
PCスキル（Excel／Word／メール／社内システム操作）
物流に対する興味・関心がある方
歓迎条件
海上輸送または航空輸送の実務経験
貿易実務検定などの資格保有
中国語・韓国語など、その他の語学スキル
ERPやCRMなど業務システムの運用経験
