職務内容
- 本社・店舗・倉庫のネットワークおよびハードウェア管理
- Microsoft365のユーザーアカウント管理とエンドユーザーサポート
- PC、Mac、プリンター、社用スマートフォンの運用管理とトラブル対応
- ERPおよびPOSシステムのユーザーサポートとベンダー折衝
- ERPエンハンスメントの進捗管理と関連ベンダーの調整
