当部門では、中枢疾患領域における低分子創薬を中心に、有機合成化学の専門性を活かしながら、創薬の最前線で活躍できる環境を提供しています。薬理、薬物動態、安全性、CMCなど多様な専門領域と密接に連携し、リード探索（LG）から候補品1剤に絞り込むまでのプロセスを主導する、創薬の中核を担う部門です。単なる合成業務にとどまらず、戦略的な視点で創薬全体に関与できる点が大きな魅力です。また、若手研究者にも早期からプロジェクトリーダーとして活躍する機会が多く、研究から開発初期までをリードする経験を積むことで、専門性とマネジメント力の両面を磨くことができます。挑戦意欲のある方にとって、成長と貢献の両立が可能な、非常にやりがいのある職場です。
