特に自然災害が日本において、今後さらに需要が見込まれ、注目されている商品です。
【職務内容】
1. 自社製品の海外向けデジタル広告運用を担当。
Google、Meta、Yahoo など各種メディアの広告配信に精通し、広告の運用・最適化を実施。ブランド認知度の向上、露出量・流量クリック率・コンバージョン率の改善を通じて、売上拡大および ROI など主要指標の達成を目指す（顧客ジャーニー全体を考慮した戦略設計）。
2. 広告クリエイティブ制作、配信チャネルの選定、ターゲット分析を行い、データに基づいた広告戦略を策定。効果的な運用プランを立案・実行。
3. データモニタリングおよび分析を通じて広告効果を検証し、改善提案を行う。コンテンツチームと連携し、広告クリエイティブ戦略を策定。テストを繰り返しながら素材の最適化を実現。
4. 高い分析力と実行力を活かし、グローバル市場における広告 ROI の最大化に貢献。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
1. 大卒以上、海外向け広告運用における 5年以上の実務経験。
2. Google Analytics をはじめとした各種分析ツールに精通し、データ分析力を有する方。広告入札戦略・KPI 最適化に関する知見を持つ方。
3. 消費財・電子製品、または高単価製品の広告運用経験をお持ちの方を歓迎。
4. 英語：ビジネスレベル（目安：CET 4 以上／TOEIC 650点以上）。日本語ビジネスレベル。
