■Responsibilities
・ Performs and analyzes actual financial performance versus plan or forecast providing variance
analyses and actively researching root causes of variances.
・ Provide quantitative analysis research and business experience to support annual and long term
strategic plan projects and presentation.

■DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS
・ Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or advanced
degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MNCs.
・ Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
・ Fluent English speaker and good writing skills
・ Professional credentials preferred
・ Experience of implementing system or project management
・ Planning and analytical skills with the ability to effectively multi task
・ People skills to develop a positive working relationship with all functions and different cultures
・ Energetic disciplined fast learner
・ Work independently

必須要件
・ 大学の学位と最低7 年の財務分析関連職務の経験、または多国籍企業での最低5 年の関連経験を持っている事が必要です
・ US GAAP に関する幅広い知識
・ 流暢な英語力と、優れた読み書きのスキル
・ 専門的な資格が望ましい
・ システム管理やプロジェクト管理の実装経験
・ 効果的にマルチタスクする能力を備えた計画と分析のスキル
・ すべての機能や異文化との前向きな協力関係を築くための対人スキル
・ エネルギッシュで、規律正しく、学習能力が高い
・ 自立して仕事が出来る事
・ 母国語レベル日本語力（読み書き話す）、また日本での有効な就労資格を持っている事（ビザのサポートは致しかねます）
