◆契約法務を中心に、同社および各子会社の法務実務をお任せいたします。
【 具体的には 】
■契約関連業務：契約書ドラフティング/審査業務(秘密保持/業務委託/ライセンス/販売代理店/サービス利用規約 等)
■商事法務関連業務：株主総会/取締役会事務局
■コンプライアンス関連業務：プロモーション施策等の適法性チェック/コンプライアンス研修/社内規定策定管理/社内セミナー/内部通報制度運営 等
■登記/各種許認可関連業務：登記申請必要書類作成/前払式支払手段発行者/電気通信事業者としての各種業務
■そのほか法律相談など
