Job Description
【仕事内容】
エアーコンプレッサのサービスエンジニア
・エンドユーザーや販売店からの主に技術的な問合せの対応
・販売店への技術的な支援・指導
・トラブルシューティングの支援・指導
-現地での調査・修理
-報告書の作成、見解の説明
-製造工場とのコミュニケーション（英語・日本語）
・純正部品やエアーコンプレッサの拡販
-データを活用した顧客分析
-顧客巡回（エアーコンプレッサの外観目視点検）
-各種の計測（電流・圧力データロガーによる計測診断、超音波流量測定、露点温度測定など）
-提案書や報告書の作成、内容の説明
・販売店やエンドユーザー向けの技術講習会の開催
・技術資料の作成や翻訳
【待遇】
月給2,000～3,000 USD ※能力・経験により応相談
