BIダッシュボードの設計・運用、KPIの最適化、ETLプロセスやデータモデルの管理を行います。様々な部署と連携しながら、データ活用による意思決定を支援するお仕事です。

主な職務内容

• BI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）ダッシュボードやレポート要件の収集・定義、またそのための関連部署とのやりとり
• KPIロジックやレポートフォーマットの最適化によるデータ可視化の推進
• ETL処理やデータモデルの作成・検証（KPIやデータの精度確保）
• レポーティング機能のパフォーマンス最適化・安定稼働の確保
• データチームのアドホックプロジェクト支援（適宜）

Join a globally recognized consumer goods leader as a Data BI Engineer to help drive data-driven decision-making and business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build BI dashboards and reports, ensure KPI accuracy, and deliver solutions that support strategic growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and contribute to a brand known for innovation and technology adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather BI dashboard and reporting requirements
• Provide solutions for KPI logic and reporting formats to ensure effective data visualization
• Manage ETL processes and create data models, validating KPI and data accuracy
• Ensure report performance for minimal delays or issues for end users
• Support the data team on ad-hoc projects as needed

必須条件経験・資格：

• BI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）や同等のデータ関連業務経験3年以上
• Power BI, Tableau などBIプラットフォームの専門知識
• DAX, SQL などのクエリロジックに精通していること

• コミュニケーションスキル（他部署との連携能力）
• 積極的な提案力、課題解決力

• 日本語：: 基礎レベル
• 英語：: ビジネスレベル以上

• リテール・消費財業界でのデータ分析経験
• データガバナンスや可視化ベストプラクティスの知識
• BIを活用した業務プロセス改善経験

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data BI or equivalent work

• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms
• Strong knowledge of DAX, SQL, or equivalent query logic

• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business units
• Proactive and able to provide effective solutions

• Japanese: Basic level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience working in multinational teams or global organizations
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and business analytics
